- Communication
Planning: We produce plans that
respond to the communication needs of target
audiences and produce results tied to
organizational business objectives. We advise on
appropriate tools and techniques, and base our
recommendations on facts and research.
- Organizational
Development: We help you find the
right people with the right skills to do the
right work. We evaluate your organization’s
communication needs, and recommend a staff or
contractual need, a reporting structure, job
descriptions, and skill analysis for recruiting
purposes. If you have communicators in place, we
can analyze the function’s capability and
capacity, and recommend development strategies
to boost productivity and performance.
- Professional
Development: We offer a full range of
communication training programs, including
coaching and mentoring, for groups and
individuals. Our programs are competency-based,
and tailored to the outcomes you need!
- Research and
Analysis: As components of other
projects being carried out by the client, Key
Concepts will provide primary or secondary
research services using formal or informal
research methodologies. Services include the
collection and analysis of secondary materials
(literature searches; content, artifact, or
media analyses) , the creation and
implementation of survey questionnaires or
audits, and the facilitation of focus groups.

clients requiring writing and production

similar services. Referrals are made to
individuals who are specifically trained in
public relations and/or professionally
accredited.
